Ms. Petersen, having worked with a broad spectrum of businesses and organizations, has much experience in business and social life. She has observed the customs of several foreign countries including Spain, Portugal, Greece, Turkey, Egypt, Israel and Mexico. Her business etiquette and international protocol courses are designed to enhance your managerial, technical and marketing skills. Ms. Petersen is a respected teacher of social skills with children and young adults. Ms. Petersen’s classes and seminars are results-oriented and stress strong interpersonal relationships. Ms. Petersen, an Etiquette and Protocol Consultant, was trained and certified by the Protocol of Washington in McLean, Virginia. She has served on the Specialty Tea Institute Advisory Board and is a member of the IAPC, International Association of Protocol Consultants, Ltd. She is also a member of the American Botanical Council. She is a member of DAR, Women Entrepreneurs Organization and serves as a volunteer with various non-profit organizations. She also serves on the executive board of Vancouver's Greater Downtown Association. |
